Shipping Information
The ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process, or to the delivery point or parcel locker selected by you, at the price and within the delivery period specified in the order confirmation.
The shipping fee will be displayed during the ordering process before the order is placed.
Delivery / Collection Methods
- GLS home delivery;
- Collection at a GLS ParcelShop;
- Collection from a GLS parcel locker;
- MPL home delivery;
- Collection from an MPL parcel locker;
- Collection at an MPL ParcelPoint.
The Service Provider does not offer the option of personal collection from its premises.
International Shipping
The Service Provider offers delivery within the European Union to countries served by GLS. Delivery to countries not serviced by GLS is not available.
The applicable international shipping fee and the delivery methods available for a particular order will be displayed to the Customer during the ordering process, before the order is finalized.
Delivery Time
The ordered products will be handed over to the selected carrier within 2 business days following completion of production.
The carrier will deliver the parcel as follows:
- GLS delivery: within Hungary, within 1-3 business days from dispatch; for international deliveries, generally within 1–7 business days;
- MPL delivery: to addresses within Hungary, within 1-3 business days from dispatch;
- GLS ParcelShop: within 1-3 business days from dispatch;
- GLS parcel locker: within 1-3 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are indicative and may also depend on the carrier's operating and delivery conditions.
Receipt of the Parcel
Upon receipt of the parcel, please check the condition of the package, the quantity and condition of the product(s), and whether all necessary documents are included. If you notice any damage, shortage, or other discrepancy, please report it to the carrier, where possible at the time of delivery, and request that an official report be drawn up.
Failure to inspect the parcel upon receipt does not, in itself, affect the consumer's statutory rights, including rights relating to statutory warranty and other legal remedies.
Failure to Accept the Delivery
If the Customer fails to accept the product, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply with regard to any resulting costs and further procedures.
In the case of custom-made products, different rules may apply due to the limited possibility of reselling an uncollected product. These rules are set out in detail in the GTC.
